- JFJavier FernandezMay 10, 20261.0Bought 2 drinks one Oreo coolatta one Oreo cloud latte The Oreo cloud latte was fine but the Oreo coolatta was straight coffee no Oreo at all my girlfriend went back in to get it fixed they gave her the same drink just with Oreo crumbs on top then I had to come back because my girlfriend had work to get to and when I came back she wants to act stupid like she didn’t know that it was coffee and proceeded to explain to me that they have 2 different kinds of drinks for the Oren that’s why it was wrong which makes no sense really because that’s why we came in the first time to get it fixed honestly horrible don’t go here waste of time
- CSChiara ScatorccioMay 7, 20262.0I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts for 17 years ever since my father founded the local pizzeria in Hackensack after immigrating from Italy. Ever since then, I’ve watched this location decline and fall down a very steep hill. The location is absolutely FILTHY most times and the workers have zero respect for their environment or themselves. Once I saw a rat walk by the pick-up section and they acted like they didn’t see it. Every drink tastes like they walked past a cup of creek water and whispered “coffee”. The only good experiences i have had are with a young Dominican girl with goddess curls and beautifully tanned skin. She’s the only one who keeps the place clean and actually makes digestible drinks. I would have abandoned this location long ago without her and posted on my facebook group to boycott as well.
