Additionally, the temperature inside was very cold, which made it difficult to stay comfortably while having my coffee. I remained there for about 30 minutes, and during that time, an employee named Harry informed me that I was only allowed to stay for 30 minutes and would need to leave afterward. This was quite surprising to me, as I have never encountered such a policy before. I hope you can look into this matter and improve the customer experience in the future.
