I was waiting in line and the workers didn’t even acknowledge anybody in front of me just kept making drinks for the drive through (which only had 3 cars so they can’t use the excuse they were ‘too busy’.) The guy in front of me asked if I went to this Dunkin often, I said No, and he replied “Bet you won’t come back again because I certainly won’t be.” When it was my turn finally at the register, not one word was exchanged by the employee just total awkward silence as I stated I needed a $20 gift card. He then rang up $25 but I wasn’t going to correct him over it. He then hands me the gift card in an envelope, and walks away to make drinks again, still did not say one word to me.. I waited at the counter for my gift receipt, but he kept ignoring me so I yelled out “Can I get the gift Receipt.” And he looked at me and said “I put it in the envelope already didn’t I?” And when I opened it up, saw it was in there, I apologized and said thank you, and he just stared at me annoyed, turned his back and continued to make the other drink.. If this is the type of “costumer service” you provide, expect a lot of “first time/last time costumers.”
