- SSStephanie6 days ago1.0The staff here is very rude and doesn’t even know their menu. The lady at the drive through kept messing up my order and when I asked her to repeat it to make sure she got it right she proceeds to yell at me. Dunkin do better hiring competent employees.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and on top of everything. My order was taken quickly, made correctly, and ready in no time — no long waits, no confusion, just smooth and friendly service every step of the way. You can tell this team actually cares about the customers. Everyone had a smile, and the energy in the store was great. Whether you’re grabbing your morning coffee on the go or stopping in for a snack, this location makes it a pleasure every time. Will definitely be coming back — this is my new go-to Dunkin’! Highly recommend. 🙌☕

When my order was finally taken 5 mins later and I got to window I found out the poor worker was alone doing both drive thru and walking orders. Is the the owner of this location too cheap to staff it accordingly? One worker is unacceptable, unfair to the employee and dangerous. When I worked retail you legally couldn't be alone in the business. VERY POOR OWNERSHIP / MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION
