This place is such a hit or miss. I never know what I’m going to get when I go here which is why I try to avoid it. Today I waited almost 10 min at the drive through and no one acknowledged me. I get it if they’re busy but they could at least say hey give us a minute or I’ll be right with you. I pulled off and when I look over I just see two of employees there chatting it up. SMH

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a refresher with black tea, was given a large iced green tea instead. My wife is highly allergic to green tea.This location continues time and time again to be a complete failure. Franchisee owners need to change and full staff turnover / retrain is needed. Thankfully I tried my wife’s drink before her to see if I’d like the mango pineapple in the future and recognized the green tea before her, otherwise we’d probably be en route to a hospital.

I’ve worked in fast food/ drive thru service for 5 years and I’ve never had a worse experience than at this Dunkin. Every time I order from this Dunkin is is absolute garbage. Sometimes I even receive my coffee without coffee just milk?!?!? I’ve gotten to the window after paying and I’ve had to repeat my entire order because the employees don’t even know what they are making, although I had already paid for it so you would think the order would be somewhere right? There is only one girl there who makes my drinks perfect every time but I just know she is overworked and not always there. Today I waited at the speaker for over 5 minutes without my order being taken, while I could hear everybody talking over the headsets because they couldn’t even bother to turn them off. I left. I have given this Dunkin so many chances but I am officially just turned off.

My husband and I walked to this location. The front door was locked, so we went to the side door. The inside was dirty. Tables were not wiped down. I got a bottled Pepsi and my husband got a coffee. We had to switch the Pepsi because the first one was expired. It is a shame as it is the closest one to my house, but we won't be going there anymore.

Staff seems to not be able to read or understand the order slips from the mobile app. I have had to drive back to fix my order everytime for the last 6 weeks. It's always the same girl making the food and she always is asking what is supposed to be on it when I return to fix the order. If they can't read or understand the slips whether it be from not being familiar with English or they just dont care, they shouldnt be working there.
