- SGSara GabrielSep 12, 20261.0I requested glazed chocolate donuts from this store through DoorDash this morning . When I got my order I received this. Looked like glazed chocolate but mixed with I don’t even know what this is, the color of peanut butter on the top of the donut and mixed through. It looked so disgusting, I felt like I would’ve gotten sick from this. I requested a refund from DoorDash and was refunded right away and I figured it was a one time mistake, so I reordered. Sure enough, they sent me three more of the same. If a customer is ordering a specific flavor or product why would you ever think it’s ok to sell something different than the order or subpar old product? If you have a bad batch of something here’s an idea, DONT SELL IT UNTIL YOU HAVE A NEW BATCH. I guess they think if it’s a doordash order then they think the customer can’t do much about it.
