Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had (ever) specifically due to the shift lead or manager on duty. She was extremely abrasive and inappropriate over what was clearly an accidental pricing discrepancy. I am shocked that someone in a customer-facing role handles situations like this. It’s a bummer because this is my local Chipotle. April 16 edit replying to owner: I opened a case same day this happened (Apr 11), but just got a generic apology. I reluctantly go here because of the distance from our house however, every time we go, the staff is slow to respond to any customer entering the building, also reluctant to provide appropriate size portions without asking for additional rice, beans, lettuce, etc, and they always appear bothered that you are taking up their time! Servers appear like they should avoid retail or customer service based jobs. Today was the kicker when I tried to pay in cash and remainder of the bill on a debit card, and was charged the full amount on my debit card, while the server took the cash and tried to convince me that what I was seeing on my debit card statement wasn't accurate! The restaurant is unwelcoming, to say the least!! Photos are of our "salads" before anyone even ate them!!
