There were 7 of us waiting and they kept preparing online orders , one person was mopping floor manager was just checking temperature on freezers and owens. I had to go up and say can u please take my order. The after that they took another couple of minutes to take order.
- CCChaniceJul 30, 20261.0Every time I visit this Chipotle, I end up turning around and leaving because of the condition of the restaurant. One of the first things I notice is the food display, and it consistently looks unclean and poorly maintained. The ingredients are often mixed together—for example, guacamole in the sour cream, sour cream in the guacamole, and shredded cheese scattered throughout other ingredients. The food frequently looks like it's been sitting out for a long time. The meat appears old and dried out, and the lettuce is often wilted, slimy, and wet. The customer service is just as disappointing. While one employee is helping customers, other employees are often standing around having side conversations instead of assisting or keeping the restaurant clean. It creates an unprofessional atmosphere. Chipotle used to be one of my favorite restaurants, and it's disappointing that I have to go to another location because I no longer feel comfortable eating at this one. Management needs to do a much better job with cleanliness, food safety, customer service, and employee professionalism. I hope these issues are addressed because this location has a lot of room for improvement.
