- JCJeffrey CrowellMay 5, 20263.0There's a good reason why I no longer come to this location as often as I used to anymore: The quality of the food is not the issue. It's the service/experience. Every time, there's always something wrong that happens. The most common reoccurring problem is that the sandwiches are not made correctly as ordered. This is why I tend to go to other sandwich stores (the competitors) in the area instead, where there is less aggravation to deal with and have to tolerate.

The hoagies were soggy and bread was hard. Also, the old lady who was at the counter is extremely rude. While I was waiting patiently for my order, she yelled at me asking what I wanted me. I said I am just waiting for my order. When I asked her about my points she said it’s too late since she had already rung me up. I am not sure why you would want such a miserable person representing your shop. She needs to be fired!
