  No parking for customers so you end up going through the drive through and the service is very slow, and by time you get your food it is cold. Hopefully there is improvement in the near future.

  Manager or whoever the Hispanic lady was at night was very disrespectful and gave me a hard time about my mobile order. She simply did not want to give me my order and then ignored me by prioritizing other orders over me in front of me. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. She didn’t even give me a clear reason on why she didn’t want to hand me my order.

  There were about 2 cars ahead of us and it took like 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru to get our order. Fries were cold, they didn't give sauces, and didn't give us our drink.

  Pedí comida para llevar por la Aplicación de McDonald’s y el Joven que me lo entregó desde de 20 minutos que en mi aplicación salía que ya estaba listo lo cual Era mentira me vino el Happy meal sin papas y la soda de mi combo big Mac FIFA parecía agua con hielo …. Entiendo que sea nuevo pero una desorganización tremenda ….

  I was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit and ended up waiting over 10 minutes for it, only to receive it to be cold. If customers are waiting that long, the food should at least be fresh and hot. Unfortunately, the quality and service did not meet expectations. I hope improvements are made to ensure customers receive the food they’re paying for in a timely manner and at the proper temperature.
