  Manager Amelia was very rude got our order wrong and threatened to call police on us because we wanted our food corrected not a refund. Terrible experience do better.

  How hard is it to make sure everuthing is in the order before handing it to someone? Missing an order of fries, and the fries I were given were lukewarm ay best

  Absolutely, horrible service!! I’m currently at work. I ordered food for my kids. Go pick up at 11:27 AM. My daughter gets to the restaurant showed the cashier the receipt that I purchased a food and they’re telling my daughter that the food was never placed on my when I have a receipt on my end. I called the store spoke to Melissa(Which her customer service is absolutely horrible needs to get fired) I’m explaining the situation to her that I placed the order for my kids gave her the order number and she’s telling me since I’m so far the order is not gonna be ready until I get close. It shouldn’t matter where I order from . I could be in Canada. If I order from this location to get picked up this location it should be ready. I’m not sure what kind of circus they have running in this McDonald’s but higher management need to reconsider who they hire to work for them. I had worked in a fast food restaurant and if a customer show me a proof of purchase of the date time I’m gonna make the customer happy. And just a heads up, I will be going to the store the minute I got out of work and speaking to Melissa

  Is my second time there in my hometown I asked for a 10 piece nugget that’s all. I don’t check the box thinking that I was gonna receive my 10 piece. I go home and there was only eight pieces. Why are these workers not paying attention it was the only thing I ordered so I asked for a manager she gave me the runaround. She said I’m the manager cause I asked her three times all she said was oh I’m gonna talk to them. No, that’s not the way you reply to a customer. I’m very upset. You don’t do that and it’s not because I was missing two nuggets is that your workers are not paying attention they need to pay more attention to what they’re doing at their job. And this was today, July 17 After 8 PM tonight
