  If it says "toasted" on the order, the sandwich should be at least warm to the touch at pickup. I saw her making my pickup order and asked if she could toast it extra. It's freezing raining outside and I open up my sandwich and the food is fridgerator cold. // after edit, my person asked the employee to toast my sandwich extra. She had no problem toasting it when my person asked, maybe because another customer was walking in to witness the customer service interaction. If a person is paying like $18 for a single sandwich, it shouldn't be a hard ask for it to be at least warm in my hands. Went from 1 star to 3 stars after the problem was resolved, but the dining area was gross to sit at.

  I’ve been a regular customer here going on 2 years, and I hardly have any issues The big new girl they hired called the police on me because I requested she re make my sandwich after she coughed into her gloves, and proceeded to use those same gloves to make my sandwich. She got irritated I called her out, refused to make the sandwich and called the police and had me trespassed since she felt threatened, even though the other girl I’m familiar with was already remaking the sandwich for me no problem. Horrible horrible service, to talk back and raise your voice at a customer calling you out for violating health violations and possibly getting them sick? And then calling the police? What a joke. They need to bring the old staff back, this new girl is out of touch with reality
