  Came to this location after a disaster of an experience at a different location, just to walk in and hear one worker yell over to the person on register, “ what did you say!? Women don’t deserve rights” laughing, the guy on register says nothing to which the other worker yells it a second time laughing. I say to the guy on register you should let them know that, that’s very unprofessional the kid turns red and proceeds to get every bit of my order wrong (I could understand if there was embarrassment) I let him know he corrects it but the person making my drink pours out some and adds my additive as if I was the one who made a disgusting comment or an error, there was a young woman also working, I called corporate with once again no help. These are the times that we’re in horrible service & people who don’t care responsible for handling our food and money. Funny thing is there was woman cashier who used to work there and was so pleasant, nice and would even suggest drinks, a woman with rights huh? This world is sinking fast.

Whether you’re grabbing a quick breakfast before work or just need an afternoon coffee run, the team here keeps things moving efficiently while still being welcoming and professional. The coffee is always made perfectly, fresh, and exactly how ordered, and the food is consistently hot and fresh as well. Their breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, donuts, and wraps are great for a quick meal on the go. Even during busy morning rushes, the employees work hard to keep the lines moving quickly and maintain a positive atmosphere for customers. The store itself is clean, organized, and easy to get in and out of, which makes it convenient for anyone commuting through the area. One thing that really stands out is how consistent this location is — every visit feels reliable, with friendly customer service and quality food and drinks. If you’re in Hackensack and looking for a dependable spot for coffee, breakfast, or a quick snack, this Dunkin location is definitely worth stopping by. Great staff, excellent service, and always a solid experience!

  I got here often to get coffee before work or before picking up my son from school. Usually the service is great. Today they had two people working and a line to the street. I ordered my coffee at 3:19 in the app. I was still waiting at the drive thru window at 3:51. It hadn’t even been made yet. That is horrible. Waiting 10 minutes for the line to the speaker and then waiting again to get to the window and no one made it til I asked for refund? My day is ruined. I was late getting my son, I don’t even want the coffee after waiting so long.

  They choose to employ two people at a time which makes service agonizingly slow and they also frequently forget items.
