  ⭐☆☆☆☆ The customer service was terrible. I felt extremely rushed from the moment I got to the counter. While I was trying to choose my toppings, the employee basically chose them for me, repeatedly yelling “yes or no?” while pointing at the options instead of giving me a chance to decide. When I asked for sour cream, she said, “That’s enough,” and closed the lid before I could say anything else. I then asked if I could have some on the side, and she rolled her eyes at me. The entire time, the employees were standing very close together behind the counter talking and laughing with each other instead of paying attention to the customers. It made the whole experience feel unprofessional. I’m not even going to complain about the protein portion, even though it looked like about 2 ounces. I understand this is a fast food restaurant, and I don’t expect huge portions, but getting what looked like a single tiny scoop for the price was disappointing. Overall, the rude service was the biggest issue. I won’t be coming back.

  For the lunch I bought bowl of rice and meat, the quantity of the meat and the rice has been reduced so much that we feel hungry after eating the meal. I have been visiting at least twice a week. Day by day the quantity is getting reduced. And also I feel that the quantity varies from person to person. The guy who got the same bowl next to me got more quantity. I think I should stop coming to Chipotle.

  This is literally my favorite chipotle its so much better than the other ones ive been to that i almost always only go to this one bc whenever i go somewhere else i end up disappointed

  So sad that they hired this new girl, and the amount of beef she serves in my bowl is 50% less! I understand that sometimes when there are lots of customers in line the workers are in a hurry, and the amount of meat served becomes inconsistent. So I decided to give Chipotle another chance and went back again. It was the same new girl that served me, and again she served me half the amount of beef barbacoa. And as I was paying, I looked back to see her serving others, and she served a very good amount of steak beef into a male customer’s bowl. If she is serving me less because of me being a female customer, then that is so wrong. Plus, I ordered Beef Barbacoa, which is the most expensive meat in the menu you know! And then she serves me less than the other guy that’s ordering cheaper menu?! I’m NEVER coming back here again. Chipotle just lost a long time customs today.
