  Service was amazing and staff are very friendly. I've been here plenty of times usually during lunch , I haven't been here in months but I don't know what changed but there is a good change in the management I see and I will be back for my delicious jalapeño burger .

  One of the best experiences I’ve had here. Kyle the cashier was super friendly and I appreciated him checking* on the customers and even telling us about the survey. Clean. Food was delicious and brought out fast. :)

  Fantastic food. Certainly one of the best if not the best burger in the area. Daniel & Sandy were great dealing with our relatively specific order (2 kids and 2 adults with various preferences). We'll be back!

  This was our first time eating a meal at Smashburger. It was a last minute decision to stop and get lunch out. As we entered the store, the inside was so inviting with the bright decor and great lighting. The customer service person who took our order was so welcoming and helpful. We provided some special instructions to the chef for how we wanted our meal prepared. It is so nice that this establishment only uses fresh angus beef meat and not frozen. The food is cooked to order. Our instructions were followed perfectly for the meal, as well as, the handspun milkshake. They actually listened to the customer and followed through. When we received our food at the table, the presentation of the meal alone made our mouths water. Once a bite was taken, it just melted in your mouth. We found out that the customer service person who took our order is the new General Manger of the location. We cannot recommend coming here enough for a great lunch or dinner experience!! #Smashburger Glassboro, NJ

  This was only my 2nd time visiting a Smashburger location and I'm so glad I stopped here. I was greeted my a gentlemen who introduced himself as the new GM, Malcolm. What a pleasure to meet and talk with him! Kind, good listener and took interest to not only engage with me, but another customer that had come in. By word ~ spoken and written ~ I always say it's about the people. Malcolm has indeed given this Smashburger a good name. My cheeseburger was perfect ~ delicious. My fries ~ no so much. I don't have a comparison by SB standards, but that is the one thing I would reconsider before purchasing. I recommend this SB location and if 'YOU' have the opportunity to meet Malcolm ~ shake his hand, introduce yourself and let him know his kindness has gone a long way. :)
