Very noisy. Could not hear son sitting next to me. Crowded tables to get more bucks. Service was almost nonexistent and waitress didn't know how to use phone gift card. Then came back and said 65 bill was 91 which was corrected 🤔

I wish I listened to the reviews when they said the food was awful. The only good thing is its a beautiful place..thats it. I wish I had nicer things to say. The server was soft spoken and had 0 personality whatsoever. We were a party of 7 and we each ordered our meals and it felt like it took forever...no one ordered anything that would take a long time...but I get it being as im in the restaurant business. The food was absolutely awful and the price points were way off. The chicken Alfredo which was $30 had the nastiest boiled chicken ever and just inedible. The chicken parm, manicotti and Pollo milanese were super salty and couldnt eat that either..chicken parm couldnt even eat bc it had a freezer burn taste and awful but my daughter ate the minimal side of penne with what tasted like chef boyardee sauce. The caesar salads were good thats about it. My husband and I had the sandwiches which were not worth what we paid. Boardwalk fries? Got 7 of them and they were super frozen and probably sat under a heat lamp for 2 hours...awful. I was excited for my sandwich it was the burrata bliss which had a crap ton of arugula...a pfff of porketta which had a funny taste and burrata. The bread could've broken your jaw bc it was so hard...I was going to let it all go and say nothing but someone at our table told the server who was super soft spoken..unapologetic and walked away came back and said they took 2 things off the menu but charged for a side of pasta bc my daughter ate that off her parm plate $11 for a side of pasta...laughable bc its was literally 10 penne pasta noodles ..MAYBE...with chef boyardee sauce. No manager came over to apologize...nothing...bc im sure it happens often...idk how this place is still in business to be honest. Its a shame i had high hopes only to be let down. Not 1 meal was good...out of 7 which is unreal. PLEASE skip this place you arent missing anything good. Go to olive garden youll have a better italian meal.

Extremely rude. My family and I entered. There was an older man where the receptionist would be. He stared at us and said, “What?”. we stated, “we’re here to eat.” He then proceeded to in a curt and brusque manner to ask, “how many.” At this point we just left. This is a very poor reflection on the staff, management and the owner(s). Extremely poor customer service and abysmal hospitality. Shame on this place! Avoid!

I was in a large group after a funeral. Italian Affair Restaurant was accommodating and helpful. Food was great (I loved the eggplant parm on the buffet) as was the atmosphere!
