- PSPranav SekhonOct 8, 20261.0The staff at this location are consistently rude, loud, and unprofessional, especially toward dine-in customers. I’ve also noticed that certain food items seem to be available for drive-thru customers but are only offered to select people. They’re constantly out of vegetarian options, including fajita veggies and sofritas, which is extremely frustrating. On top of that, employees are often cursing, arguing, and fighting in the back, creating a very uncomfortable environment for customers. The overall customer service and management need serious improvement. Definitely would not recommend this location.

That said, the location is very convenient, and the service is usually quick. The staff works hard and is ready to assist as soon as you walk in, which I really appreciate. Overall, I’m giving this location 5 stars for the convenience, effort, and quick service. Hopefully, they continue to improve and expand the options they offer!

Her response was she misunderstood you I would need to bowl back to remake it as if this was my mistake. She was rude and in front of people was correcting the staff that should be done on the side not in the middle of the line when she was in the middle of taking care of another guest. Picture includes the bowl I was charged for 4 times the meat and the receipt this is unacceptable.

They broke down the drink station with 2 hours to go even with customers ordering ( us , Door Dashers, etc.) No tables were clean! What gets me is that I've scrolled down and read reviews from over 2 years ago and nothing seems to have changed so I guess the owner could care less! Instead of replying to these bad reviews with the customers having to contact corporate when the Owner could just put their phone number in the reply? Step up or step out !
