  I’ve had two poor interactions with the same worker. Went in to get a burrito bowl and forgot to add something to my order, I tried to express this to the worker taking my order, but he continued to close up my bowl while I was asking him to wait. He passes the bowl down to the register, and I have to tell them I needed to add something because he blatantly ignored me, I say this even though typically I would give the benefit of the doubt to someone, but given that I spoke at the same volume the entire time and he heard me perfectly up until he started to get a lid and close up the bowl, they give him back the bowl and he literally rolls his eyes at me and says what did you want before begrudgingly taking off the lid to add it to my bowl. In the second instance he is actively looking past me while taking my order, not paying attention then will snap back to reality and say you wanted this right, I had to correct him multiple times to get what I wanted, he also told the next worker over that I ordered extra things I did not order, to which I have to explain to them what is actually inside my bowl so that I wasn’t over charged

  This place is a complete joke, don’t even bother going here. You are better off driving a town over and getting what you payed for. The amount of times the workers short you on the food is genuinely insane.

  if i could rate low i would, weather you go in and order or order door dash it’s always a problem. everytime i go in they are out of at least 4 items , staffs rude and doesn’t give appropriate servings. Now i just ordered door dash and they forgot 2 of 3 items i ordered, go to a different location

  I came in to get a bowl after finishing work, expecting to have a quick meal and leave in a better mood, but unfortunately my experience was the complete opposite. I was helped by Jared, who genuinely looked like he absolutely hated his job and did not want to be there. From the moment I got to the counter, his attitude was extremely unwelcoming and unprofessional. He barely said a word the entire time, offered no greeting, no acknowledgment, and made the whole interaction feel uncomfortable. On top of that, he was throwing ingredients around carelessly and making a mess while preparing the food, which only made the experience worse. It felt rushed, sloppy, and like there was no care whatsoever for either the food or the customer standing in front of him. There is nothing worse than getting done with a long day of work, going to Chipotle expecting to enjoy a meal and leave happy, only to be met with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Instead of leaving satisfied, I left feeling frustrated and upset. I wanted to bring this to your attention because customer service like this reflects poorly on the restaurant and completely takes away from the experience customers expect when they come in.
