    I’m extremely big on customer service, which is why this experience has been so disappointing. The mobile order line was clearly designed to create convenience and efficiency, but unfortunately, it has consistently been the opposite. There have been multiple occasions where I’ve waited over 25 minutes simply because I was stuck behind another vehicle with no movement or assistance. I’ve also received the wrong order, had staff unable to locate my order entirely, and experienced situations where the pickup scan code would not work and i was left waiting with no assistance. Even while trying to signal for help by blowing my horn, employees looked directly at me and continued walking without offering any assistance. What’s most concerning is the overall lack of urgency and organization in the operation. I also complete DoorDash deliveries, and I’ve repeatedly encountered orders being marked “ready” before they are actually prepared, which negatively impacts drivers and customers alike. At this point, after nearly 40 visits, I honestly cannot say I’ve had one consistently positive experience at this location. If it were solely up to me, I likely would not return. I truly believe Chick-fil-A’s corporate office should review the operations at this location because the level of service being provided does not reflect the standards the brand is known for.

    I have now tried this location twice. My first visit was in the drive thru. Every other location for Chick-fil-A has such wonderful service. Most times your food is handed to you before you get to the drive up window if you order on the app. Here they have a separate line for mobile order but it seems like mobile order are processed after the people who order in person with a cashier. Waited entirely too long for subpar fast food. Went yesterday inside. Placed my mobile order before walking in to the restaurant as I figured there would be a wait and we were trying to get my kid to her lessons. There was a line of Door Dash drivers waiting for food. No one in line ordering. Walked up to pick up my order to find it was still processing. Waited. A few people ordered food in the restaurant at the line and they received their food before I got mine when I placed a mobile order? 🤔 Seems like you have to order food with a person to get service here. There is no sense of urgency or care to get an order out to a customer before the food gets cold on the counter waiting. I agree with other customer reviews, the employees take no ownership of the delays and they act like you did something wrong. They tried to tell me that they were walking my order over to me when the app told me to meet them at the pick up area. This restaurant won’t get my business again. I’ll drive to another restaurant. I won’t be surprised if they closed because their metrics have to be suffering. And all these bad reviews are NOT helping.

    the wait times here can be questionable for sure, but i've been here about 4 or 5 times now and the food has never been bad. i love the grilled club but i usually have to reassemble it because it's always made sloppily. but this location handed me a perfect one! i have to take a star away because of the wait times and i have yet to have a good experience going through the "mobile thru".

    For some reason for the drive-thru, they're using employees standing outside instead of the typical drive-thru machines. That would be fine but it seems like the employees don't know which car to serve and you sit around waiting for a crazy amount of time for no reason. Maybe they think this seems more personable? Instead it just slows everything down.

    One of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. Every time I order there, they always mess up my order. They don’t even bother apologizing; they try to blame the customer first. Just last night, on April 28, 2026, I ordered two meals and a sandwich. They forgot to put one of the meals in the bag. I got home missing one meal and no sauce at all. How can you eat your chicken finger without sauce? It took me an hour to drive back and forth to get my order. I brought it back and showed them that it was cold and I needed a replacement. They acted like they had the new order, but they gave me the same order bag that I had just given them. It was so frustrating!
