The first night there were employees in the restaurant and did not unlock the door at 1:34AM on a Friday. Then, i placed a doordash pick up order and was able to pick it up???? On Saturday, i went at 1:10AM, the door was LOCKED. this is ridiculous! Hours are until 2AM on friday and saturday and the store locks the doors!?! Will give 2 stars because the employees seemed to get a grasp of the fact they were working at the time. However the way they presented themselves wouldn’t make me surprised if they needed a helping hand getting back to their car to leave. I felt like I was in a retirement home helping my elderly grandmother play chess. Instead, I was helping an employee of Baskin “Robbin’s” figure out my order…

They had the message written correctly but the decorator wrote birthday but it was for a kindergarten graduation so I just went over the birthday portion with some whipped topping.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
