  I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s because of an employee named Michel. Her attitude was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional from the moment she took my order. She acted irritated the entire time, like she didn’t want to be there or help customers at all. What upset me the most was the way she delivered our food. She basically threw the tray onto our table while my children were sitting there, and my son’s fingers were close to where she slammed it down. She didn’t say “excuse me” or show any care or concern. That behavior is completely unacceptable, especially around children. Customer service should never make people feel disrespected or uncomfortable. Michel’s attitude and behavior were disgusting and need to be addressed seriously so this does not happen to another family again. BE CAREFUL FROM MICHEL

  Terrible. Staff. Always have an attitude. It's like a gang of People that don't even speak english don't know how to even qualify the work in the u s a.. They don't know anything about customer service They like to play games with the Customers always have to wait for your food.It's correct, usually it's not done with this place.Wendy's is ten times a better friendlier staff , better food

  Personalmente he tenido de las peores experiencias en este sitio. Mi hija con 18 años recién cumplidos quiso ir a su lugar favorito de comida porque pensaba que si la comida le encantaba, trabajar ahí como su primer trabajo iba a ser una experiencia genial. Pues resulta que no solo no quiere trabajar ahí, si no que tampoco quiere volver a ese mcdonald's en particular "Mc Donald's de Garwood N.J" el trato que le dió la manager de descortesia, de falta de respeto y falta de educación no está escrito. Está señora demostró en 2 minutos lo importante que es pasar por un colegio alguna vez en la vida y lo importante que es criarse en un hogar donde sus padres le enseñen un poco de respeto y educación hacia los demás.
