  Maitri and her team at Wingstop always provide excellent service. Food is always fresh and tasty. I highly recommend the items on their menu especially the wings and Omg the sauce is delicious

  I’ve been a loyal customer of this Wingstop in Garfield since almost the time they first opened, and after all these years and countless takeout orders, I feel this review is long overdue. I’ve seen this location through different days, different employees, and many visits, but one person who truly deserves special recognition is Maitri, the manager. Maitri has made a real difference in my experience as a longtime customer. She is consistently welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about the people who walk through the door. Since I usually order takeout, my visits may be brief, but she still makes a point of providing the kind of personal service that makes you feel recognized and appreciated — not just like another order number. What stands out most to me is her consistency. Anyone can provide great service once, but maintaining that same level of kindness, professionalism, and attention over time says a lot about a person and the way they lead. After being a customer here for nearly as long as this location has been open, I can confidently say that people like Maitri are a big reason customers stay loyal to a restaurant. Good food brings you in, but great people and great service are what keep you coming back. I believe exceptional employees deserve to be recognized, especially when their work has a positive impact on customers over time. Maitri absolutely deserves that recognition. Thank you, Maitri, for always making me feel welcome and appreciated and for the care you put into what you do. Wingstop is fortunate to have someone like you leading this location. From a longtime customer: keep up the amazing work. It does not go unnoticed.

  Very rude workers here I asked for a cup of water because I was serving there store with multiple uber orders it’s 95 degrees outside they told me absolutely not water is not free the lady at the registered told me they don’t care how how it is cursed me out and said get the hell out of the store and the Indian guy with the short hair as well

  The food is hot, well seasoned and I came at night... they're working really hard there and I appreciate that they still gave great service.
