Basic kindness costs nothing, yet your staff chose to embarrass a child instead. Policies should never replace common decency. I will never support a business that treats families this way.

My iced matcha was only half filled, the rest was all foam, two times in a row. This doesn’t happen at other locations. The problem is they use a blender to mix instead of stirring. The short lady is a very sour person and made a face when I questioned the drink. Last time the short sour woman didn’t give me an electric blue raspberry lemonade like the promotion and photo shows, instead a normal lemonade with clear flavor shots in it leaving my teenage daughter very disappointed. I’ll go to another location going forward.
