  Disappointing experience overall. The staff seemed more focused on chatting among themselves than attending to customers, which led to unnecessary delays. Even after placing an order online ahead of time, the wait was much longer than expected. Better attention to customer service and time management would make a big difference.

  I had the pleasure of being served by Jimena at Dunkin, and I can honestly say she made my entire visit exceptional! From the moment I walked in, her warm and welcoming attitude set the tone. She was not only incredibly efficient, getting my order perfectly and promptly, but she also went above and beyond with her friendliness and attention to detail. Definitely will come again!

  I have been to many Dunkin Donuts around the country and hands down, this one is the best when it comes to customer service and friendly staff. Bri and Jimena deserve a raise.
