  Whether it’s one customer or five, the service moves at a snails pace. I end up waiting in line for ten minutes and 90% of the time they end up getting my order wrong. Even though this location is a minute from my house I end up driving 10 minutes away to the next DD drive thru just to avoid the aggravation.

  Very poor service from this Dinkin. I was there Saturday around 12:30 PM. Order was incorrect, the points that I use for rewards was not rung up, even though I shared my QR code. The cashier, who messed up my order, was very rude on top of everything else. Terrible experience.!

  20 mins for an iced coffee. I don’t know why it’s so slow, but something is wrong. When I got my coffee, there was a leak in the cup. Careless staff at this location.
