  Ameera was incredibly accomodating and courteous to my family, she was quick to help and always available when we needed her. Our food came out promptly, and she was helpful about drink specials during the World Cup Game. We didn’t feel rushed and were grateful for her being so welcoming. She made our late lunch a super time, I would definitely request her again!

  Newmani was our waiter and he was awesome, from the minute he walked up to the table he was fun, sweet to my girls, made me laugh, we just connected, and he answered any questions we had... wanted to show him some love! Thank you for being so patient with our crazy girls.

  I will give a 4 in food because my favorite was removed from the menu! 🫠 The salmon bowl...please guys bring the salmon bowl back 😋 service was really good 💯, and atmosphere is just perfect for kiddos 🙌

  We recently celebrated my daughter Ariella’s 12th birthday at Dave & Buster’s Freehold, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding experience our family received. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was welcoming, organized, and focused on making sure every guest had a great time. Planning a birthday party can be stressful, especially when you’re responsible for making sure a group of excited kids stays entertained, but the staff made the entire process seamless. A special thank you to Matthew Ranieri, Area Operations Manager. It is clear that strong leadership starts at the top. The professionalism, attention to detail, customer focus, and positive atmosphere throughout the facility reflected a team that takes pride in what they do. Everything ran smoothly, and every employee we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and engaged. The food was excellent, the games were well-maintained, and the overall environment was clean, energetic, and family-friendly. Most importantly, Ariella and her friends had an unforgettable birthday celebration filled with laughter, excitement, and great memories. In a time when exceptional customer service can be hard to find, the team at Dave & Buster’s Freehold delivered an experience that exceeded expectations. As a father, there is nothing more valuable than seeing your child genuinely happy on her special day, and this team helped make that happen. Thank you to Matthew and the entire Dave & Buster’s Freehold staff for creating a first-class experience.
