  I have been to a LOT of arcades across the tristate area, but I never stopped by a Dave and Busters, and well I was overwhelmingly surprised and pleased with the sheer variety of games you had to offer at Freehold. Even had Mario Kart for crying out loud! You had 95% of the games I like to look forward to, but there were a few that I would have loved to see: Yahtzee, one of those water shooters on the screen for zombies (I don’t know the name), and also Deal or No Deal (This would be amazing) and Wheel of Fortune! But overall when I went on April 19th, my girlfriend and myself had an absolute blast with the most we could buy from the kiosk in one card. I have to say I was a little bit confused with the introduction to the whole bit with chips, the eat and play deal, or other promotions. But I’m glad I did what I did, because if we were limited to only getting 1500 tickets for all you could play, we would have been short by over 10 times!! I’d like to say we did a great job haha, and Matt (the area operations manager) as well was sort of blown away with that; which I will go over the dining portion here! Tyler (our waiter) had such a wholesome opening, and I was already in such a great mood after playing for a few hours. His demeanor and his presentation were both friendly and professional, everyone at the dining sector was kind and professional! From the busser/host, to the operations manager, for crying out loud even the dishwasher coming around was so kind, and got me a refill without any hesitation! I was just so very satisfied with the service, it was the best I have had in a long time. Matt as well came through later on in our dining experience and answered a few of my questions without any sign of being irritated (which I’m sure staff may get a lot of the same questions) they were very accommodating and understanding for our first time here. As far as the food goes, I was pretty darn happy with the double burger and the fries were absolutely great as well! My girlfriend had a chicken salad, and while it was “okay” for her, she feels as though the dressing used may have been a bit bad. That’s really the only complaint! Mangonada and blue raspberry lemonade drinks were great, the only sad part was that I didn’t have room for dessert!! You have a darn cake that looks irresistible, but that’ll have to be for next time I guess. Nevertheless, the games were amazing, we were left unbothered, and above all, the staff at the end truly made the experience such a wonderful one, and they are invaluable assets to the company.

  We arrived on a wednesday at 6:40, my family and I were seated immediately. We waited untill 7:05 untill we stood up and left. 25 minutes. We all looked at the menu and decided what we all wanted, we were never greeted by a waiter/waitress/server. Observing the other 5 tables that were near us, one table got their check, and another table got their food both instances by 2 different people. Jon Taffer would not approve.

  Had my child's birthday party here. Everyone liked the room and the food! Our dedicated server was Griffin - he was great! Kind, helpful, friendly and attentive! Jessica (I think that was the manager's name) was also very attentive and kind. I believe Madison was helpful as well. Very good experience!

  Went last week during happy hour (April 23rd) sat at the bar while my girlfriend shopped around the mall (took way longer than I thought) ... The girl at the bar was amazing but then she got busy I guess because of the people at the tables. The Manager is great also. Will be back again and bless this hard workers they deserve it. Happy to see that the freehold location is doing better than expected! :)

  EDIT: Came back to add.... after spending $200 here and getting my credit card hacked, I decided to come back (WITH MY NEW VPN ON!!) to use my now free entree reward that I earned from spending so much money. Sat down and after being there for 20 minutes...not one person came to our table. We got up and left. Horrible experience. Credit card got HACKED after using the public wifi here, which I NEVER do, but you need to do here in order to reload card on your phone, because the service sucks. DO NOT CONNECT TO THEIR WIFI!!!!
