- LDLena D.May 6, 20261.0I tried to call this Chipotle with a simple allergy-related question/request, and it was impossible to reach an actual person. They now have an AI phone system answering calls, and it just kept putting me in a loop with no way whatsoever to get through to anyone at the restaurant. there is no way to put a note into the order, there is no way to even track the order because they don't provide an order number on the app For something as important as an allergy concern, customers should be able to speak with a real employee directly. Instead, I was stuck going in circles with an automated system that could not help. Extremely frustrating and honestly some of the worst customer service I have experienced.

I ordered steak that had just been replenished from the grill. They have a lime sauce Ive never seen anywhere else that will have me back tomorrow, and the next day, and the next day...Thanks Chipotle!
