  Haven't been here in years. The attitude of the lady folding my burrito was overwhelming. She could not fold my burrito so I asked her to put my burrito in a bowl instead she copped an attitude and then got mad at me and told me to do it myself. Never in my life would I eat here again. It's awesome to know that there's a new Taco Mexican food place right next door that has great customer service. The lady literally heated up my burrito on top of a quesadilla she was already heating up then told me she couldn't fold my burrito because I didn't put lettuce in it. Either the workers are on drugs or this is legit dei highering problem.

  I was ordering my selection of toppings just after my daughter’s order and when I got to the sour cream the person taking my order went and got more sour cream. I watch them scoop the last scoop out of the bottom of the empty container and add it to the new sour cream and then they drop it into the slot in the countertop. Then another worker comes to finish my order and I say sour cream cheese and lettuce to finish my order. But they skip the sour cream and another worker takes it to the back. I say excuse me you missed the sour cream. I was told no sour cream for me like this was the soup Nazi from a scene out of Seinfeld. They explained to me that the people behind me pre ordered and they payed for it already. This is unacceptable to me several different ways. First is at 8 pm on a Friday night chipotle should never run out of sour cream ever second I waited on line for about ten minutes and was told that preordered payed for that sour cream like how much was my dish going to need. And to top it off the tall young man tells me come behind the counter and help us. This is what happens when kids run the store no adults anywhere to be found so I don’t know the next time I go or allow my kids to order from this location again.

  i’ve eaten at almost twenty different chipotle locations by now, but no location quite nails flavor and cooking like this one. long, slow lines occasionally, but it’s worth it to me. by far, my favorite chipotle location.

  Muy mala atención, las señoritas no saben lo que es atención al cliente, tienen afán por despachar y si uno se demora un momento en elegir que producto agregar pasan a la siguiente persona, como si uno pagará con botones. Además hay moscas sobre la comida.

  The cell service is HORRIBLE the staff is doing their best at all times the food is decent only real complaint is that this restaurant isn't big enough knowing the amount of customers they get people are lined up almost falling over each other but the staff is very professional and makes sure to serve quickly to avoid customers from stepping on each other. please expand the sizes of your establishments! For the sake of all!
