  Went through the drive through and the workers forgot all of the fries and mcchicken. Tried calling and was unhelpful in helping us sort things out.

  We arrived late at night to get a few meals as a group of 6 people and when we got back to eat our food we noticed that 2 large fries, one small fry and one mcchicken was missing. When we called them back for a refund they refused unless we came back with the whole order. Service and communication must be better.

  i just got my order through the drive through and they really messed up my order. we were missing two large fries, one medium fries, and one mcchicken. basically a whole meal. the food was fine but i don’t understand how they skimp me out of a whole meal basically. i was reading the recent reviews here and how they’re all one star about how the drive thru sucks and now i can clearly agree with them. tried to call and management sucked with trying to fix their own issue.

  We ordered 62 dollars worth of items and 4 items were missing from the bags, that’s 20$ worth of the food not even there. Don’t show up unless you are ready to get scammed.

  I have been plenty of times here, and the staff at the drive-thru is always the worst. Inside you will have no issues since you order on your own, but drive thru is always bad. I went to the drive thru the other day and I said I want to pay with this card (handing the gift card) and my phone app, and she got mad that I did that. I even asked if it was allowed and she just complained, then I guess her manager came in, and she was mad too that I was supposed to do the phone first. How am I supposed to know the process, that is why I asked. At then I did not get anything because they were like yeah your money is gone. I have already entered this in McDonalds feedback, I am putting this in advance because it appears that they dont read the feedback they just say go complain here. I want to check if they read and see that I already did that. Please do better, train your drive thru employees to be more empathetic. Respect comes both ways, I treat people with respect, you cannot be mean just because the rest are mean to you, be better.
