As soon as we went inside, I saw that the phone was constantly ringing, and there was only one staff member who was struggling a lot. I waited about 5 minutes, but when I stepped forward and asked to place my order, she just told me to wait, as she was busy. She was alone in the store, and orders kept coming in no one was answering the phone. After a while, I went back inside, but they still ignored me. When the order finally arrived, it was wrong they gave me a completely different order. I had to show them my original order, and after some back and forth, they acknowledged it. But without any apology or clear explanation, they just went back to their work. I kept waiting another 15 to 20 minutes, observing them they looked really stressed, probably due to a staffing issue. In fact, I realized this had been happening for the past three months, because I have been coming to this Domino’s store for about seven years. Over time, the staff behavior at this branch has also been getting worse. But I’m not writing this as a complaint; I just want to share my experience so they can improve, because waiting one hour for a pizza was a truly bad experience.
