I don’t know what was better the food or the staff. The guy Rapha is a great employee, I wanted the real authentic taste so I asked him and he carefully catered to my taste buds by recommending authentic Greek food , man I love this place my new favorite spot

I've come here quite frequently. By far the best gyros in the area. But will no longer be coming back. There is a new rule that if you order a pita you no longer have the option of having fries on the side. They give you an ultimatum to have the fries inside or not. The reason behind this I was told was that "it confuses the kitchen". I talked to an employee and she told me that's it and that is the system they have in place and the solution they told me is to order a side of fries. That isn't a solution. The whole excuse that it confuses the kitchen is just bs at best. I've been working in Michelin Star kitchens for 5 years in NYC and I know hospitality more than anyone in this building. You are serving the public. This is the industry and to tell me that my only option is to have it on the inside or not and to get a side of fries which costs extra does not cut it. I'm paying full price for having fries in it but I have to take the fries out. I live 35 min away from this location and to preserve the highest quality of all ingredients I choose to take the fries out and put them back on after I get home that way the fries don't go soggy on the inside. Very very disappointed by the team and I will not be coming back. It seems to me that they need to learn what hospitality means instead of opening new locations. What a shame of an establishment

I really enjoyed the food. I went to the Midtown Manhattan location. I had a pork gyro and they made it for me even though it wasn’t on the menu! It was delicious!! And I loved Bougatsa! It was such a wonderful dessert! I am going back again!

Worse Mediterranean Salad I’ve ever had. I eaten here many times and always had a decent meal. This time was the worse. I never had a bitter and overly salted Mediterranean salad like this. Just from the appearance, it didn’t look fresh. It was disgusting and should never be served like this. Honestly, it was disappointing because it ruined the whole meal.

I just had an issue with one of your employees. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she seemed to be the manager on duty (she is short) because she spoke to me with authority, repeatedly telling me to leave. All I wanted was an explanation regarding an order I received through the app; as a delivery driver, I must report everything to the buyer! Unfortunately, I had to leave because even though I asked her several times to let me speak, she just kept telling me to leave over and over again.
