  Service was okay. The food was greasy and not satisfying whatsoever. I'd probably just go to the Wendy's next door.

  Awful service, not worth it. They want you to use pay in app and give you good reward /incentives but if you try to pick up in drive thru it’s a huge production, and make you park car and go inside. Tried the delivery service and it took over one hour . My college nostalgia is over, this location killed it…. Deleting the app. Hope another franchise owner/location launches nearby and does it better.

  I requested sauce (Zesty or Kickin Ranch), and the employee mentioned it would cost extra. I said no problem. After driving 40 minutes back home, I opened my bag and realized there was no sauce included, even though I was charged for it. Super disappointing, especially since the sauce is what really makes the sandwich for me.

  Well the sandwich that I got is good. Chicken bacon ranch but the potato salad is a little lacking. Not in flavor, in amount. I spent $3 on the smallest size they had and they didnt even put alot in there. It is basically 3 bites. I understand some places are skimpy on portions but man oh man what a waste of $3 for 3 bites. $1 a bite. Never buying the potato salad again. Thamk you Jimmy John's.
