  Review for Dunkin’ Donuts – Store #342721 Date: May 18, 2026 | Time: 5:26 PM | Check #7345 I came in for my usual coffee today, and the experience was honestly shocking. First, two girls behind the counter flat-out refused to make me a Dunkin’ Midnight, saying “we don’t have it.” But the moment I walked into the store, I saw the coffee sitting right there on the shelf – they were just too lazy to brew it. When I asked for a supervisor, she finally came over and started making my coffee. Here’s the worst part: she had been cleaning the floor just seconds before, and she made my drink without washing her hands or putting on gloves. When I asked why no gloves or handwashing, her reply was, “We only use gloves for other things, not for coffee.” I’m still trying to process that. Cleaning floors then touching coffee cups/lids/machines – with no hygiene measures – is absolutely unacceptable. I expect better from Dunkin’. The laziness I could almost overlook, but the lack of basic food safety is a dealbreaker. Store #342721, Check #7345, 5:26 PM on 5/18/2026. Hope management takes this seriously.

  Young lady from cash register is rude and has attitude. I would not expect to having this feeling buying a simple coffee and donut in the morning. She will look up and down, starring, no smile.

  I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but this place is so bad that even a single star feels like too much. Not only did they fail to provide what I actually ordered, but they were also brazenly rude. The donuts were all stale and hard, and the cleanliness—or lack thereof—was just as abysmal. This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever visited, and I never want to go back again. I have truly never seen a place like this.
