    My order was a duplicate, management wouldn’t let me speak, he apparently can’t refund me and also forgot to hand my drink. He didn’t fulfill the order because he assumed it was a mistake, however according to him nothing in their system allows him to cancel it and/or refund me. He tells me call customer service without letting me know I can’t call on the weekends. I try and speak, he keeps speaking over me to call customer service. We just leave , highly annoyed and frustrated. He doesn’t offer to comp the donuts we bought in the drive thru (after the mobile order) nor allows me to speak to say we’re missing items. Will NOT be returning staff is rude and unhelpful.

    The worst service ever that the Cashier was fighting with me. I walked in and there was only one Indian worker in the shop and she was busy with another customer while there were 3 other customers waiting. So, I waited about 15 minutes. Then, I ordered a DECAF coffee with extra milk and a breakfast sandwich. The Indian worker gave me a regular coffee, so, I reminded her that I ordered a decaf instead, then, she asked me if I said DECAF or not. I said “Yes” (because I cannot sleep with caffeine). But, Indian cashier argued and said she did not hear me asking for decaf. Thereof, we were back-n-forth and at the end I requested for refund instead. But, she kept-on-going accusing me being rude. I said just give me my money back and end of the story. At the end, I noticed there was not decaf coffee made and she was just to lazy to brew the decaf coffee for me.

    This morning, I went to Dunkin Donuts to purchase 60 munchkins. I waited 10 minutes for only two simple orders ahead of me. When it was finally my turn, I pointed directly at the munchkins displayed on the screen and requested 20 pieces of each. Before completing my order, a second employee prioritized another drive-thru order and stopped working on mine to prepare that order instead. That order was completed and delivered much faster than mine. Then, different munchkins were placed in my bag instead of the ones I clearly requested. When I questioned it, I was told, “This is what you ordered.” However, I had pointed to each product directly with my finger, and the employee confirmed them one by one, repeating, “20 of this one, 20 of that one, and 20 of this one.” We clearly confirmed the order verbally and visually. Both prioritizing another customer before completing my order and putting the wrong items in my bag while blaming me for their mistake were completely unacceptable. Instead of correcting the error, they tried to make it seem as if it was my fault. Because of this behavior, I decided to cancel the order and left the products on the counter. Even as I walked away, the employee sarcastically said “thank you,” as if mocking me. I understand that I am a foreigner in this country, but that does not give anyone the right to push me aside, disrespect me, or blame me for a mistake I did not make. A customer’s order should be completed correctly before moving on to another one. What I experienced was highly unprofessional and disrespectful service.
