  I walked in the store and not one employee greeted us. When I went to the counter to order the girl was very unprofessional. She had an attitude and was rolling her eye. When I asked her question she made huffing noises and didn't answer the questions. I don't normally go to this establishment and I did not know about the build your own tacos, and the lingo that is used, so I asked and with an attitude she said pick your sides. I asked her what are the sides, her response was any 3 sides. So I ordered rice beans and guacamole. She then closed the container, so I asked about the protein and she said again with an attitude I told you to pick your sides you didn't chose a meat. She slammed the container and continued with her attitude. I ordered over $70 worth of food. If it wasn't for my children really wanting this food I would have told her to forget about the order and walked out. Needless to say I will never go to this store again and I will tell everyone I know not to go to that store either. The staff is extremely unprofessional and need more training when dealing in costumer service. Again horrible service!!!!!!!

  Very terrible I have been going for more than a month and the chicken is never well cooked. The employees are in a rush always and have bad service. I advice them that they take their time cooking the protein because nobody wants an undercooked chicken that will cause them diharea

  Unfortunately, this is my third time visiting, and each time I’m told that the beef and chicken are sold out. I came here expecting to order from the menu, but this keeps happening. This is disappointing and not acceptable for a place that regularly offers these items. I hope they improve their inventory management and keep their main menu items available.

  Food so old or wet or contaminated or something that i produce phlegm 4/5 times eating here doordash orders from here irritate me even more

  I visited the Chipotle in Fort Lee and was so turned off by the lack of cleanliness that I decided not to order anything. When I walked up to the counter, I politely told the employee that I couldn’t place an order because the restaurant looked extremely dirty. There was food all over the floor in the kitchen area, the serving station where the ingredients are kept looked messy and unclean, and even the dining area had trash and paper scattered on the floor. What made it more disappointing was that the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Several employees were standing around talking while the cleanliness issues were clearly visible. A clean restaurant is a basic expectation, especially when food is being prepared and served. The overall condition of the restaurant made me uncomfortable, and I lost confidence in the food handling standards. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
