  I came in pretty late, but an employee named Michael helped me with my order, and he honestly gave me one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a franchise employee in the U.S. I was ordering burrito bowls to eat the next day, so I felt really bad asking him to pack as much as possible separately. But he was incredibly thoughtful and took the time to make sure everything was packed carefully so that I could still enjoy a fresh meal the next day. He went above and beyond, asking about every little detail and making sure I had everything I needed. Two of the proteins I wanted were unavailable, so I had to choose something else instead. I completely understood since I’m sure this happens from time to time, but Michael went out of his way to offer me chips or a drink to make up for it. I really appreciated that he cared about making sure I was satisfied. I ordered through the mobile app, so unfortunately I didn’t have any cash with me to leave him a tip. I don’t think I’ve ever felt this bad about not being able to tip someone who deserved it so much. Michael, I truly hope you have many happy days ahead, because you deserve the same kindness and thoughtfulness that you showed to your customer tonight. As long as Michael is working there, I’ll gladly keep coming back to the Chipotle in Linwood. Thank you so much again, Michael! You really made my night.

  Today is the last day I purchase a meal from this store. It seems like every time I come in, they are running low on the menu items and skimp customers as a result. The line worker today scooped what looked like a normal portion of chicken, shook about half of it off the spoon, and then put it in my bowl. The rice and beans were light, too. The Englewood location mogs this one into oblivion. Fort Lee Chipotle just keeps getting worse every time I go.

  I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for many years, and ordering in person has always been fair and consistent. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about online orders. A few years ago, I actually received a refund because the online order had such a small amount of food despite paying for extras. A week ago, I decided to give them another chance after a few years because we all love Chipotle—but the problem is still the same. Three days ago and again today, I ordered extra rice, extra cheese, and double protein, but the portions did not reflect what I actually paid for. Today, the double-protein portion was literally comparable to a regular single-protein portion I would receive when ordering in person. In person = fair and kinda consistent. Online = consistently disappointing. This has happened enough times that I filed a complaint. If you’re ordering from this location, I strongly recommend ordering in person rather than online.

  I’ve never gotten food poisoning in my 36 years on this earth until today. Had a chicken bowl with guac for lunch and slowly started to feel sick afterwards. I have the urge to vomit, extremely nauseous, dizziness, and cold sweats. As of now it is 6:27pm and still feels very sick and doesn’t feel like it’s going away soon. Won’t order here ever again.

  Very disappointing experience. From the beginning, the service felt rushed and unwelcoming. My daughter and I ordered the exact same bowl, but her portion was only about half the size of mine. I understand that her order did not include beans, but that still doesn’t explain such a significant difference in portion size. What was even more disappointing was the staff’s attitude when I brought up my concern. They did not seem to take my complaint seriously or show much interest in addressing the issue. If you are considering visiting this location, I would seriously think twice before going. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.
