Not only did they fail to deliver up to three items—or mix everything up—on two previous occasions, but the final straw was when they failed to deliver half of a $100 order. I was forced to go there on a Sunday morning to sort it out in person. They weren't even surprised and tried to dodge responsibility—until I threatened to call the police, check the security footage to see who took my order, and press charges. That’s when they immediately snapped into action and brought out the missing items! It’s a shame!

And the worker was just super rude for no reason. She was silent when I arrived so I politely said I was here for an order and then told me to give her a second with attitude and then just pushed the cart my way didn't say anything. I didn't know one of the barcodes I was supposed to scan was doubled up on one bag (2 on one bag) so I asked if I was missing a bag and she just told me I was wrong and she put everything in, refused to help me when I clearly needed help and just completely dismissed. And We're all trying to do our job here but it made me feel very unwelcome especially when I was being very nice and im definitely not going back here.

They offer discounts that are limited to "Drive Up & Go" pickup, but they don't have the staff to actually run the program. I arrived 10 minutes past my 5-6 PM pickup window, only to be told it would be another hour or maybe longer because there was only one single shopper working. When I asked if I could just grab the items myself for the same discount, the cashier was incredibly rude. Management needs to stop pushing corporate app gimmicks if they can't staff the store to fulfill them. The employees here are consistently rude, miserable and unapproachable. I’ll be taking my business back to ShopRite, H Mart, and Costco.
