  Elizabeth, customer service was outstanding. She went out of her way at the very end of the day to make sure that we were able to place our order correctly. She was five stars all the way hands down probably the best customer services I’ve received as a customer at Panera Panera Bread.

  Went there to buy a scone. They have orange scones. There was no one at the counter or anybody interested in serving a customer at the counter. There was a kiosk which I thought I could just place the order and pay in cash. How no such luck. A dispassionate worker seemed disinterested but said he'd be back to use the other machine to check me out. I spent way too much time in there to place an order. I walked out. NO SALE. And you wonder why some of these businesses are failing

  Favorite place to go when im in flemington!! I have always loved panera, and although they did get rid of their flatbread pizzas, i enjoy their new sandwiches and always the mac and cheese. Employees are great always!! I usually go every wednesday, and Elizabeth is always there helping me place my order and chatting as well. Great!!
