  I don’t know where to start.. they shouldn’t be running a restaurant, just some stupid people decide to buy frozen curries from restaurant depot and warm it up and sell it. Absent management clue less of customer service . Don’t know how to run business. Pathetic food and servie.. if you’re dying to have Indian food on Friday night pls save yourself from a bad stomach and spoiled weekend. I love Indian food but please for god sake.. don’t.. I’m not just saying this because I had bad experience but I’m Indian and I know Indian food and these people are disgrace to restaurant industry just want to make some bucks. Stay away and stay away a mile away

  Pathetic irresponsible owners who doesn’t own the orders. They charge you for the online orders made through their website and it doesn’t come for two hrs! When I go to pick up! Poor fellows who are working there doesn’t see the order. They try to call the owners and they are not responsive. They wouldn’t return the money for the food that has not been delivered. Good way of making money!!!

  Would highly discourage anyone from ordering from here. I placed an order for butter chicken and garlic naan for lunch today. This was a special treat for myself as I really can't afford that price for a meal, especially just one single meal just for myself, but I had something big to celebrate and I really love Indian food as it always brings back fond memories of my study abroad to India- so I decided to splurge. I placed my order online and I waited 48 minutes from the time that I placed the order until when I was told via my confirmation email AND text message. When I got to the restaurant I told the woman at the counter my name and I was told that I had not placed an order. I showed the confirmation text I was sent from the resturant and they told me that it was never recieved. I was then told that I could "place an order now". I let them know I couldn't wait another 48 minutes, I was on my lunch, and I was concerned I had already been charged- I definitely could not afford 60 dollars on lunch! I left and when I checked my bank account I saw that I had in fact been charged. I called the restaurant and they told me that I hadn't placed an order and they hung up on me. I had already had an issue with curry zone that was very similar to this situation a year or so prior when I placed an order way back on the grubhub app. I believe everyone deserves a second chance so I decided to try to order food again from here and I placed it directly through the resturant this time to avoid any errors repeating. Last time grubhub's customer service was very helpful with the issue but I realize now that previously the eror wasn't a grubhub app issue as I hoped it was previously, that it is a curry zone problem. The level of disrespect that this resturants has toward their patrons and the audacity to scam their customers out of 30 dollars is just awful. These are customers that work incredibly hard to be able to treat themselves to food this expensive- customers that now wasted an entire break waiting for food that never came, customers that now don't get to eat all day, and customers that now are out 30 dollars. I would encourage anyone looking at curry zone to visit and support any of the other wonderful, friendly, resturants in order to avoid also being scammed and hungry.
