Sometimes the service seems lacking as they have a large team of staff members on staff at all times, usually there is only one person responsible for handling the in-person ordering counter and if they are busy, nobody else on the team steps in to assist them and assure prompt customer service. As someone who has worked in the food industry before, I can understand if they are delegated specific tasks and not allowed to commingle them, but I do think some modification should be made to provide better customer service.

Tables and floor were filthy. An open trash can sitting in the middle of the dining area and all the regular trash cans were covered with trays. 3 stars only because the food is good.

The restaurant wasn’t the cleanest either with a small puddle on the middle of the floor. Overall terrible experience and I won’t be coming back any time soon. Should’ve went to ChickFilA instead.

When I stated that was a small amount of chicken they proceeded to speak about me for 3-5 minutes in a different language you can guess which one. The Chipotle in Phillipsburg is top notch you can’t even remotely compare. Do better and speak English in front of your customers!
- CBColby BruntonJul 25, 20261.0They messed up my order two separate times in 30 minutes the first time I ordered it for 6:00 and I went to pick it up the bag said my name but the food inside said Gordon when I got home I brought it back to them and they were confused I explained it to them multiple times where the lady the just went back there confused and mismatched and added random stuff from each of the Bowls I ordered making 2 completely different bowls then what I ordered I literally told the cashier that she was messing it up and he ignored me and walked away go to Pancheros
