  Food was okay. Chips super super salty and stale. The place was dirty and disgusting. Workers wiling down a garbage that was overflowing instead of taking the trash out. The place is not busy but somehow still super dirty. Owner sitting there doing nothing. Last time going to this location.

  I usually love Chipotle, but the past few times I have ordered from this location I have been disappointed with the service and quality of the food. Most disappointing of all is the chips seem to always be stale.

  Everything is good, the only downside is that they only fill the bowl halfway, I don't know why this varies between locations.

  Ordered 2 kids quesadillas which were thrown into the box. No cheese was included and the chicken was separate from the tortillas. The soda was disgusting.

  As a food service leader I don't like to often leave 1 star reviews. This was a bad one, horrible service, the restaurant was disgusting boh and foh. For starters, the girl being new caused long waits. The guest in front of us had to coach them what came with a kids meal. I went through ordering, she didn't know what 'adobo' chicken was, then she tried charging us for sauces that were sitting there before me and another guest had ordered. The cashier asked what I ordered, I said a chicken bowl, she tried to charge double chicken and I said no just regular chicken 3 times. I then asked for chips and queso and saw the cheese was 1 congealed blob and I said "no I dont think thats actually okay to serve". She then continues to leave it to serve it. I personally assumed slow sunday and probably over cooked but when biting into room temp food I realized all the food sitting has been sitting in a hot bar for who knows how long and never got turned on. We couldnt find a clean table, the soda bar was a mess and I wasnt comfortable even using the utensils, the work stations a mess, serving potentially spoiled food and knowing that they BS'd temp logs or it would have been caught that the hot bar wasnt on/working. They did refund my order but not a single "sorry" or concern about anything. You are a multi-million dollar company with such extremely low standards, push for zero hospitality, after looking up Chipotle and the 3 in my area all have under 2.5 stars I will never in my life be going to one and continue to use this restaurant as an example of what not to do. These stores are being set up to fail with young and under developed leadership and you will run into another major food safety issue if you continue to allow this behavior.
