  This store wouldn't know what customer service and pleasantries are if it crashed into their front door. The culture of the store from management down is simply not nice. Additionally they weigh the ice cream to determine serving sizes which magically always ends up being less then what you are expecting. As for the other 5 star reviews shown, they reference the staff member that helped them by first and last name. This is a clear indication the review is fake, when was the last time you knew the full name of your fast food server. Listen to the real reviewers and do not support businesses that do not appreciate your business.

  Fun experience. Brought my nephew to get some ice cream after he ate all his dinner (rare occurance). And he had so much fun trying to figure out what flavors he wanted. He ended up choosing cookies and cream and getting sprinkles on top. The portion sizes were generous and the staff was extremely sweet and patient. Only complaint is that most days it opens at 2 so cant treat him after he eats his lunch :) cant wait to go back

  They have an employee named Willie who spoke rudely to my 2-year-old baby just because he was touching a damn table. Honestly, the service is terrible; I don't know why they employ people like that. They need to take action and fire this insect.
