  I come every now and then for a steak bowl and the ingredients are always fresh. The place was really well kept too. Want to give a shout out to Christian who helped me decide for a keto meal.

  I had a great experience at Qdoba! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service. Christian went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It’s always nice to see someone take pride in their work and treat customers so well. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I had a great experience at QDOBA today. The service was excellent, and the food was on point. A huge thanks to Christian Castro, for being so helpful and professional. He really makes sure the customers are taken care of and the restaurant is running smoothly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  First of all the 15 code survey code isn’t even on the receipt. Second of all the manager lazinnie with the blond hair male manger on today’s evening shift stated while pouring steak on my bowl that’s gonna be XTRA and I already put steak in your bowl…I asked how much ?? He didn’t know how much EXACTLY.. whatever.. I go to pay for the bowl order and then I see how much XTRA… I tell them my concerns that I felt obligated to pay for this XTRA charge.. and that I would like to get a refund for the XTRA charge they agreeed but he tossed out that whole entire food that was already made like he stated earlier.. I tell them you’re wasting food though.. he doesn’t care he said we can make you another bowl.. this time the bowl didn’t even have enough food and chicken so I bring it up to them and he states “ I don’t wanna deal with you do whatever you want !” So whatever I walk away and try to enjoy my food I noticed the cashier with no name tag,never gave me back the original receipt when she was processing the refund, so I go to ask her for my original receipt she states “ I threw it out in the garbage !!” Then I ask if she can reprint it out for me she says no then says “ what you want me to do !!!” Then start acting like she about to brawl with me and the two employees plus the manager holds her back so I called the fairlawn police dept! When fairlawn police arrived I explained the same stuff and the manager then says I was being childish, etc I told the police what had happened then the manager prints out the receipt and I tell the police I felt scared cause she started pumping her fists together as if she wanted to do something, so whatever I’m Never coming back here they wasted food, and the police time they could’ve just saved time and a customer by doing the right thing and provided good customer service
