    This place went downhill. The tea taste like mold and they have a fruit fly problem. I suspect dirty taps. Never going back. Food not edible.🤢

    We have been coming to this place for a very long time. We came today for lunch. The hostess didn't seat us. We had to pick a table ourselves, and the servers were chatting together in their group. They didn't come to give us the menu or provide any service. Terrible service! It took three different servers to come to our table. They seemed disoriented. The food was pretty average, not like it used to be. Clearly, the atmosphere has declined. Finally, I wouldn't recommend you visit this place. I'm a food lover and know my taste buds well. Don't waste your money and time.

    Ok diner. Don’t expect Maple Syrup here for breakfast meals…. They have breakfast sauce instead. This is not Mc Donald’s and you expect syrup if you’re getting a good breakfast. Turned me off.

    My boyfriend and I came here for dinner, and to our absolute horror, there was a bug in his food. When we immediately brought it to the waitress's attention, she did nothing to fix the situation. To make matters worse, she actually had the nerve to ask if he was "done with the plate"—as if he was still supposed to eat it after finding a bug in it! Completely unsanitary, unprofessional, and disrespectful to customers. Will not be returning.

    My elderly parents ordered dinner from this restaurant, and unfortunately the entire experience was extremely disappointing. They prefer ordering by phone rather than using an app, so I helped them by reviewing the menu on the restaurant’s website before they placed their order. They originally wanted to split the open-faced turkey sandwich, but we couldn’t find it anywhere on the online menu. Instead, they decided to order the turkey dinner because the website clearly stated that it included both soup and a salad. However, when they called to place the order, the employee informed them that the meal did not come with a salad. Since they were never asked about a dressing choice either, it became obvious that the information on the website and what was being offered over the phone did not match. When I arrived to pick up the order, I politely asked about the missing salad. Rather than honoring the menu that was displayed on their own website, I was simply told that the website was incorrect because it was managed by a third party. While I understand mistakes can happen, customers should not be expected to deal with inaccurate information. A simple gesture of goodwill could have easily resolved the situation, but instead the staff refused to acknowledge the discrepancy. We also asked again about the open-faced turkey sandwich, and the employee insisted it was listed under the specialty sandwiches. After checking again, it still was not there, which only added to the confusion. Unfortunately, the food itself was even more disappointing than the ordering experience. The stuffing looked completely unappetizing and had an unusual texture that made it difficult to eat. It also had an unexpected curry-like flavor that did not fit the meal at all. It was by far the weakest part of the dinner and left us wondering how it had been served. What makes this especially disappointing is that my family has been supporting this restaurant since it first opened, and even before that when the previous diner occupied the location. After years of being loyal customers, this experience was extremely frustrating. Overall, the combination of inaccurate menu information, poor handling of the situation, and disappointing food quality has convinced us not to return. I sincerely hope the management updates their website, improves communication with customers, and pays closer attention to food quality so future guests have a much better experience.
