- YCY CSep 8, 20261.0Worst service of all dunkins. Certainly not a store for mobile orders. You think the first time was bad luck (had to wait for 20 min for an order, come in just a coffee). Then a few weeks later, you put on another order. They said another item was not included because it was not received. Very disappointed. Certainly not a typical Dunkin you had in Pennsylvania. Well, if that's what they operate, good luck

The service was just as disappointing. The employees were rude, unprofessional, and acted like they didn’t care about the customers at all. Honestly, this was bullshit from start to finish. I paid for a coffee that I couldn’t drink and received terrible customer service on top of it. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Instead of simply reducing the amount of ice, the cup ends up only partially filled, leaving me with much less of the actual drink. When I asked the staff about it, I was told that it was because I requested less ice, which was a disappointing explanation. As a customer, I expect that asking for less ice means receiving more of the beverage, not paying the same price for a half-filled cup. Considering that some iced coffee drinks cost close to $10, it is frustrating to feel like a large portion of what I am paying for is frozen water rather than the drink itself. Another issue is the pricing at this particular location. The menu prices seem noticeably higher than those at other Dunkin' locations in the area, making the experience feel even less worthwhile. Paying more while receiving less product is understandably frustrating. The staff has always been polite, but the overall value simply does not match the price. I hope management reviews their drink preparation standards and pricing so customers receive a more consistent experience. Overall, I left disappointed. Better consistency, fair portions, and pricing that matches other locations would greatly improve the customer experience.
