  I ordered through their website which routed me to this store and the store didn’t notify me that the food was here but DoorDash and when I went outside there is nothing on the porch and when I called to the store some manager name quince stated and was rude that he has to call DoorDash and I was interrupting his process so whatever I gave him time to call up DoorDash and while DoorDash is claiming the food was delivered I told him I see no food on the porch and he was rude and stated no refund and to provide video footage evidence that DoorDash took the food. So I’m going to let the police handle this matter since he didn’t want to provide customer service and provide my refund for services I didnt get. Now I’m waiting for the police and trying to order something else as I didn’t eat all day !!!! Do not order online they will ask for video footage evidence in order to get you a refund. Either way don’t order from Here bad customer service and rude manager

  Fries came out great and the chicken for half of the order was ok but fried pickles came out all mangled and one piece of the lemon pepper chicken was a little pink as if it was still raw. Didn’t bother calling for a refund as they didn’t issue a refund last time my order was screwed up on February 13th. Really disappointed this location is usually decent, and everyone is always so nice. It’s a shame it’s been off for the last month.

  I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings on Super Bowl Sunday. I understand it’s a busy day, but what happened was completely unacceptable. We waited over two hours for our order, only to receive food that was incorrect and missing items we paid for. There was no clear communication, no sense of urgency, and no accountability. We planned our game night around this meal, and instead we were left scrambling because our order was incomplete. If a restaurant knows it can’t handle the volume of orders, it should stop accepting them not take people’s money and send customers home with missing food after an extremely long wait. Game day is one of the biggest food days of the year, and this location clearly was not prepared. This was frustrating, disappointing, and a huge waste of time and money. We will seriously reconsider ordering from this location again.

  I placed an order yesterday for me and my family for the Super Bowl scheduled my order to be picked up today at 12PM. I specifically requested the sauce to be on the side for all boneless and bone in. The manager up front wasn’t able to prove to me why in there system it only showed on the side for boneless and not bone in. Ultimately I had no choice but to order more because he failed to get the order correct. For me to walk in the establishment and for the manager not being able to get it corrected isn’t ok very dissatisfied.
