  I’m writing to formally complain about repeated problems with my orders from your location. Today’s order was incorrect again, and this is not the first time. On multiple past occasions, items have been missing or wrong. Each time I raise the issue, I’m told a refund cannot be processed because a manager is “not there.” This has become a recurring excuse rather than a solution. Beyond incorrect orders, the food quality has been consistently poor. Considering the prices and expectations, this level of service and quality is unacceptable. I’m reaching out because I would like this issue properly addressed — not brushed off. I expect either a refund or a clear resolution plan, and assurance that this location will improve its order accuracy and food standards. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this matter

  very happy with this location. The employees are fast and friendly unlike the dunkin donuts at RTE 70 Marlon, i would not recommend that location, the two employees are really slow especially the guy..and he always mixes up orders..
