    Do not buy the new cheesteak sandwich! Looks nothing like the commercial and doesn't taste that great! As I appreciate your response. You or Arby's does nothing but apologize to your customers. It would be nice if you could give us a coupon for a free sandwich or drink or something! I'm sure everyone else would agree with me!

    Stopped in on a whim as passing by. I'm always up for potato cakes as honestly they are the best potato side for any fast food restaurant. That and some Arby's sauce I'm in!!
