  Im only giving it 4 stars because of the bathroom it smells like Crap everytime but staffs are kind and my family got everything they needed

  the lady with the red hair is extremely nice that’s why i’m not leaving a one star but one of the cashiers not sure her name she has white hair and is older is extremely rude to everyone i’ve had so many negative experiences with her and not just me my family too she’s seems to have a horrible attitude ingenral and even worse with people of color

  i usually shop at the one in nanuet but went here for a change. all was pleasant until i asked for help reaching something in the dairy section, the worker there (gruff old white man, manager?) gave such an attitude. sadly wont be returning here after receiving such rude service. the nanuet store never has issues helping me grab items (i have a herniated disc).

  I’ve been a stop and shop customer for more than 20 years so it happened that I was in the area and I needed some stuff so I entered and went to the customer service asking for help and the lady there was very mad as if I’m coming asking her to get free stuff she didn’t even say hi or look in my face I’ve never experienced such a customer service at any stop and shop I’ve been at but I think that in this location they hired people that have no experience or knowledge in customer service I will never come back to this location ever
