  um first you need a new espresso machine. second fix the cream machine measurements because my coffee tasted like full on watery cream. also inform some of your older workers that if a customer wants a drink remade it’s because it doesn’t taste how it’s SUPPOSED to taste by dunkins standard recipe. and so i don’t need a attitude when i want it remade she can save that and give it to the manager who is supposed to be making sure things are perfectly right at all times. i paid for it with my money. the younger employees have great costumer service though. but i want my coffee consistently tasting right please. i’m sick of getting a look / attitude from her because something made at your dunkin doesn’t taste right. makes no sense. i’ll make sure to not go there when she’s working again.

  The staff is great here ( especially the morning and afternoon shifts). All my orders have been great! I mostly grab iced or hot coffees and they are perfect every time here.

  Had a terrible experience with the drive thru employee, got my order wrong several times, blamed it on the printer not working after I verbally told her my order more than once and she still got it wrong. Her attitude went from bad to worse and was shouting have a nice day when I was still checking to make sure she finally got my order right, then she started loudly making comments to the other employee about me as I drove away. Super professional individuals working here. Someone reached out to me about free items, then ghosted me when I asked if it would be okay for my husband to go instead of me because I won’t subject myself to the staff’s horrendous behaviors again. Used to be a regular here - will never return !

  Listen the last thing I ever wanted to do was leave a bad review. This was my 3rd and final time coming to this location. I never come back to back it’s always a few months apart and the service is always trash. The 1st time they made the coffee wrong, the 2nd time they gave my coffee to the driver in front of me and a few minutes later she handed the driver the coffee back saying it wasn’t hers and they proceeded to give it to me and I could tell the previous person tried it. When I questioned the woman in the window she got nasty and I just threw it away and left. TODAY 4/17 there was already a long wait, I order a large latte with 2 caramels & less ice…I was sitting at the window and the young lady asked what I ordered because she didn’t know 🙄. My latte was literally just 6 ice cubes with caramel and milk, they need serious training at this location.

  New management is definitely not coming in handy but the old team definitely knows how to handle it down!! The young girl with the braids does an amazing job with quick service and the drinks always come out so good!! 👏🏽
