I have been a long-time customer, but now I will find another Dunkin. The new staff working the drive-thru need to find something else to do. Have to say it, until they get it together avoid this Dunkin , unless you have 20 minutes to wait for a coffee and struggle communicating with the drive thru staff.

Asked a few questions about the menu didn't know the product. I got three drinks, donuts, and 2 croissants. Croissants were stale and hard. I didn't understand why it took 20 minutes to make three drinks and the store wasn't busy. Ohh wait maybe the guy was busy talking on the phone and FaceTime whoever he's on the phone with...and while the lady at the drive thru was yelling at him for making the wrong drink, he was still on his phone...then he proceeded to help me and ask what drinks I got...really?? While he was making someone else's drink as well, he used to hose to put water in someone cup......
