  Escritura Entré a este Taco Bell y tuve una experiencia realmente inaceptable. Al llegar, me quedé parada sin saber cómo ordenar porque no había ninguna indicación clara ni nadie que orientara a los clientes. Lo peor fue que el personal me vio desde el principio y aun así me ignoró completamente durante varios minutos. Incluso le hablé a un empleado que estaba sentado y la respuesta fue nula, solo una mirada, sin ninguna intención de ayudar. Me dejaron ahí parada sin ninguna atención, como si no existiera. Además, no fui la única. Había otros clientes en la misma situación, también esperando, y el personal los ignoró de la misma manera. Varias personas terminaron yéndose porque nadie los atendía ni les explicaba qué hacer. Finalmente, fue otro cliente quien me explicó que tenía que usar una máquina para hacer el pedido. Es totalmente inaceptable que el propio personal no cumpla con algo tan básico como orientar a los clientes, sobre todo cuando es evidente que hay gente confundida o esperando ayuda. El servicio fue muy deficiente y la actitud del personal, indiferente. Una mínima atención habría cambiado completamente la experiencia. Espero sinceramente que mejoren, porque así como está, no es un servicio adecuado para el público. I walked into this Taco Bell and had a truly unacceptable experience. When I arrived, I stood there not knowing how to order because there were no clear signs or anyone available to guide customers. What made it worse was that the staff saw me from the beginning and still completely ignored me for several minutes. I even spoke to an employee who was sitting down, and there was no response at all—just a look, with no intention of helping. They left me standing there with no assistance, as if I didn’t exist. In addition, I was not the only one. There were other customers in the same situation, also waiting, and the staff ignored them in the same way. Several people ended up leaving because no one assisted them or explained what to do. Eventually, another customer told me that I had to use a self-service kiosk to place my order. It is completely unacceptable that staff do not do something as basic as guiding customers, especially when it is obvious that people are confused or waiting for help. The service was very poor and the staff’s attitude was indifferent. A minimum level of attention would have completely changed the experience. I sincerely hope they improve, because as it stands, it is not an acceptable level of customer service.

  Every item in my order was wrong. Missing 2 tacos. Only thing right was the drinks. But they sure dont forget to ask about donating to their college fund. Napkins are extra apparently too. Just a poor excuse for a fast food place..
