  I was denied service, by an employee, that had a terrible attitude and wasn't willing to work. He deliberately didn't take my order just because. Never I had experience something like this, I wonder if the company doesn't pay him and he is just doing a favor.

  Visited this story today 9/9/26. Drove up to order at the kiosk was told to go to the drive through the store was closed. Waited 15 minutes at the drive through intercom menus said hello many times was met with no response so I drove off. There was 2 employee was visibly in the store one at the window with a customer. This was around 10:00pm. Is this not a 24hr location?

  Just went in to get a cherry lime slush and mozzarella sticks. No complaints.

  Visited on 8/12/26 around 8 pm. First time eating from this Sonic and the last. The food was horrible. Half our order was wrong. Chicken sandwich pattie was cold skinny and dry. They didn’t put cheese like requested. They added tons of pickles and wilted lettuce, which we did not ask for. The burger was undercooked and the lettuce were wilted and stuck together on the middle of the bun. The onion rings were cold almost still frozen. The milkshakes were watered down. Tater tots barely cooked and cold. Just a horrible experience.

  THIS PLACE IS GOOD AND THE FOOD IS TOO.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MADALY WAS GREAT AT THE DRIVE THROUGH.KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK EVERYONE.WILL COME BACK WHEN IM IN THE ELIZABETH AREA.THANKS AGAIN FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE
