  Dear Team, I’m reaching out to clarify a situation at the Papa John location in elizabeth NJ on rahway ave. I used a promo code that a friend of mine received in the mail, and she shared it with me as she was not interested. The promo code was for a free pizza I personally saw her receive it, so there was no reason to believe anything was wrong. The order went smoothly in the app, the promo code went through with no issues and I even added extra items. I want to emphasize that this code was received in the mail, in a city no where near this location as I am not from the area. When my boyfriend arrived to pick it up, the manager initially allowed him to take the order and he was just waiting for it, but then the manager changed his mind. He accused us of using a stolen code, threatened a police report, and said the promo codes had been stolen. He claimed that cards/promo codes were stolen from the store’s location & accused us of theft. Claiming that the specific card we used was from that specific location, when again I nor the person I received the code from are not from the area and in-fact live several cities away. Again, the code was received in the mail. We were shocked, as we acted in good faith. The promo code was legitimately received, and we’re simply confused by the response. We were treated with great disrespect and quite frankly believe the store managers response was the greater form of disrespect. Judging our character and accusing innocent people of stealing when the order was legitimate and went through smoothly. I’d appreciate your assistance in resolving this misunderstanding and would like a formal apology from the stores manager. To threaten legal action again me is ridiculous & the behavior of the manager was disgraceful. I cant support any papa johns facility ever again. Thank you for your time

  Me gusta el lugar fui hacer un reclamo por una pizza q nunca me llegó pero como la pedí por Uber eats ellos fueron muy amables y respetuosos al explicarme que no fue culpa de ellos sino de la aplicación de uber de verdad no esperaba encontrarme con gente respetuosa para resolver un problema sabiendo ellos q estaba enojada por no llegar mi comida me gusta el lugar

  The crust was fresh, the toppings were flavorful, and the pizza arrived hot. Overall, a solid choice when you’re craving pizza. I’d definitely order again!

  Esta tienda es un desastre. Después de hacer el pedido y ellos cobrarlo a mí TARGETA. No lo entregaron. Llame para hacer la reclamación y dicen que no hay ningún pedido. No respetan a los clientes. Tengan cuidado con esta gente
