There is only dragonfruit seeds and not the actual dragonfruits that are meant to be in it. What kind of refresher is this??? 🤢This is terrible and I’ve bought this before and it didn’t taste like this. She made it terribly because we used a promo code, she acts as if she owns the company but she doesn’t. She wanted us to pay full price for all of it but I told her this is what the app allows and took a while to convince her and then she said fine and had a bit attitude and gave us this straight up water refreshers.

We came in with valid free drink codes from the app, each on different phones, and the cross eye lady’s employee’s first reaction was to accuse us of “spamming” instead of doing her job and understanding the promotion the attitude was unnecessary, rude, and honestly made no sense. We weren’t asking for anything extra we were simply using an offer the app gave us. After the unnecessary argument, the drinks were somehow even worse. The Refreshers tasted like someone poured flavored water and forgot the actual ingredients. No flavor, no syrup, nothing. Completely disappointing. If you’re going to treat customers like they’re doing something wrong and then serve low quality drinks, don’t be surprised when people don’t want to come back.
