- ALAmber LugoApr 13, 20261.0First off, I don’t write reviews at all, but this is the literal worst Dunkin I’ve ever visited, they are extremely rude and it’s always the same people working that are so rude, the worst experience I’ve ever had, I can’t believe it, no matter how nice you try to be they are always so rude and nasty. They are beyond unprofessional, they don’t care about their customers, no matter what mistake they make, they think the customers are always wrong. I only go there because it’s convenient, but today was the last day I tolerated such disrespect, I rather go out of my way to a different Dunkin than deal with disrespectful customer service. Literally would tell family and friends to never go there!

I’m not sure if there’s a training issue or a lack of attention to detail, but it’s nearly impossible to get a coffee that actually matches what you ordered or even tastes good. This isn’t based on a one-time experience, I’ve been coming here for years simply because it’s close by, and unfortunately the issues have been ongoing. The employees are pleasant and polite, which I appreciate, but the overall quality just isn’t there. It’s honestly not worth the frustration. I would recommend going to a different location and saving yourself the disappointment.
